Yes we ship worldwide in discreet packaging. Our logo or the name of our company won’t be mentioned in the packaging.

Your order will be shipped in a very discreet packaging. We use discreet and secure packaging for added protection . We sometimes send out the seeds in the original breeders packaging but we usually remove them for safer sending.

We constantly are changing our method to make sure that packages are kept discreet and will arrive to your address.

Our prices is in US dollars and your credit card statement will show the same as we are an international company.

Bitcoin is the safest method but we also accept other payment methods like credit card. All other payment methods available will be shown to you during checkout.

We offer a $20 shipping option that will come with a tracking # and insurance. This allows us to know whether your order has been delivered.

We always do our best to make sure that all orders get to all customers but there are cases that 5% to 10% are seized by customs by some countries. By paying for guaranteed delivery option, you are assured that we will reship your order for free in case of loss by postal service or seizure by custom checks.

If you paid $10 for shipping and your order didn’t arrive, then we couldn’t reship it as it is not covered by the insurance.

You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order containing your order # and details. You will also receive another email once your seeds are shipped. If you have any questions or any queries about your order, please contact us and provide us with your order #.

All orders are shipped during Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT) . No shipping during weekends and public holidays.
It takes 3 to 14 days to arrive if you are in Europe and 5 to 25 days if you are outside of Europe (USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, etc).

We won’t be in business if we do that. This business is built around repeat happy customers. An average seed customer order new seeds of different genetics every 6 months. It is in our best interest to make everyone happy.

Do not contact us if it hasn’t passed the 14 days for Europe and 25 days Worldwide. Beyond that and your seeds do not arrive, we do our best to help.

However, you should understand that only those who pay the $20 shipping express with tracking will get the free shipment as it is covered by the insurance.

Five to 10% of orders get seized or lost in transit thus it is always recommend to pay for tracking and insurance for guaranteed delivery.

All personal information entered on our website is confidential and will not be shared to any third party. All information that we require will only be used for order fulfillment and customer service.

All sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns but we are willing to reship if your seeds are covered by the insurance ($20 shipping fee) if they are under in any of the following scenarios:

  1. Your seeds were crushed or damaged during transit.
  2. Seized or lost in transit.

Here’s how to claim for the reshipment:

  • Provide us with a proof that your order never arrived or are damaged.
  • Proof may include image of your damaged products, tracking number of undelivered items, or a letter from customs about importing of prohibited items is not allowed.

NOTE: We only offer a one-time reshipment only. We do not want to make money from this. We always want to make our customers happy as this business is built around repeat happy customers.

Nobody got in trouble for a few seeds in the mail. They are seeds, not weed. However, customs intercept any agricultural products as they are not allowed to enter any country.

We strongly advice that you check with your local laws before ordering our seeds. Our seeds are sold as novelty for collection purposes and preservation of the genetics. We do not encourage everyone to break any laws.
